The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners were granted four weeks’ time for filing representation before the respondent nos. 3 and 8, by an order dated 19.06.2019 passed in the present case, however, the petitioners on account of certain personal difficulties, could not file the said representation within the stipulated time period.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time period granted for filing representation before the respondent nos. 3 and 8 and the order dated 19.06.2019 stands modified to the extent that the petitioners would be at liberty to file representation within a period of four weeks from today whereafter the necessary decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
