The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court dated 09.04.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14646 of 2017 ( Ajay Kumar Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) .
Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties as also their agreement, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant the same benefits to the petitioner herein as has been granted to the writ petitioners of the aforesaid case. It is further directed that the entire exercise for grant of similar relief should be completed within twelve weeks from today.
