petitioner had admittedly acquired the said qualifications, subsequently after 15.06.2016. Her candidature has, therefore, been considered and when he approached the Public Information Officer about her status as a candidate, she has been informed through letter dated 21.06.2019 that because she did not have the certificate of having passed the examination training course in question, her candidature has not been considered. The petitioner has questioned non-consideration of her candidature.
