Having regard to the claim as to grant of death cum retiral benefit as well as other claim as to the payment is pending before the Bank the Court directs the authorities of the respondent bank to take decision if not already taken within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
While taking decision, the Central Bank of India shall also consider the decree passed by the competent civil court in Succession Case No. 12 of 2003.
With the aforesaid, the writ application disposed of.
