Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that Shiksha Syaim Sevi were terminated vide

letter of the Secretary, Education Department dated 28.07.2017 and 24.1.2018. The matter was considered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and noticing the non-compliance of the principles of natural justice, the Court quashed the order dated 25.01.2018 issued by the District Education Officer-cumDistrict Programme Officer (Establishment) , Muzaffarpur.

For consistency and parity, all the three writ petitions are allowed in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 6100 of 2019 as the same impugned order dated 25.01.2018 is involved in the present batch of writ petitions also.

With the aforesaid, all the writ petitions stand allowed and disposed of.
