Learned counsel for the petitioners as well learned counsel for the State are present.
A counter affidavit has been filed in all the cases. A common plea has been taken showing Annexure ‘A’ to the counter affidavit filed in CWJC No.1229 of 2019.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the State submits that now the writ applications have become infructuous.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the State has come out with a fresh tender. To this, learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the decision taken now which has been brought on record, the second tender has lost its significance.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, all these writ applications are now not required to proceed and are disposed of, accordingly.
