Two issues are being raised to espouse the cause in
Public Interest and i.e.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12080 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2
(a) that respondent no.8 has worked even after retirement on 31.12.2016 until 23.9.2017; and
(b) in between this period he has committed some
financial irregularities by issuance of antedated cheques.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submission has relied upon the notifications at Annexures P3 and P3/1.
In our opinion, while these two notifications are sufficient indication that continuance of respondent no.8 was with the approval of the University, in absence of any material supporting financial irregularity we are not persuaded to grant indulgence.
The writ petition is dismissed.
