there is possibility of compromise taking place in between the

plaintiffs and the defendants, hence it be observed that in case, efforts are made by the parties for amicably settling the matter, the learned trial court would make efforts to settle the matter amicably.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with an observation that the learned trial court, if approached by the parties to the suit for compromise, shall make earnest endeavour to amicably settle the dispute.
