2 14-03-2019 Shri Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the CBI, on the basis of instructions received from the Investigating Officer, CBI, has stated that a closure report of the case has been filed by the CBI on 26^th of February, 2019 and the same is pending consideration before the Court concerned.

In view of the aforesaid statement made, we see no reason to entertain this habeas corpus petition without prejudice to the rights of the applicant to make an appropriate request before the Court concerned for proceeding in the matter. The
