At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned

counsel for the respondent no.2 that during pendency of the instant writ petition filed for quashing of the first information report of Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2013 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, the police have completed the investigation and submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners pursuant to which the jurisdictional Magistrate has already taken cognizance of the offence.

Having come to know about the subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the
