APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband of the victim is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioners of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners and completion of investigation of the case against them, let the petitioners, above

named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Katoria Police Station Case No. 147 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
