2 13-02-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pupri P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they took Rs. 3,00,000/- from the informant on the pretext of providing job to sons of informant and after a week, they also took Rs. 20,000/- from the informant and when they did not send the sons of the informant to foreign for job, she demanded her money but they refused to pay the same.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole case is false and concocted and there is delay in lodging the F.I.R. Moreover, as per the allegation, no money was given to the petitioner rather the same was paid to co-

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the police after investigation has found the allegation against the petitioner and others, true.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances as well as the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather he should surrender and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below will dispose of the same on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed
