This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Keoti P.S. Case No. 106/18, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is of assault by farsa to the informant and his cousin brother.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is dispute between the parties with respect to rasta and although there is allegation of assault by farsa , however, the injuries sustained by them were found to be simple in nature.

Case No. 106/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
