Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since31.07.2018 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/307 /504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overtact has been alleged against the petitioner and the alleged injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the same was occasioned on account of the family feud with regard to the construction of a house over the disputed land.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that no overtact has been attributed to the

petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018.
