connection with Complaint Case No. C1/273/2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 498 (A) of the of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioners is of subjecting to cruelty with the complainant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry and tried to setting her on fire, causing injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is of general and omnibus and the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and living separately and

nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts as stated above, the petitioners, above named, in the event to their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand) each before the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/273/18, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of this Court.
