dated 17.02.2006 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42702 of 2005, by which the Hon’ble Court has been pleased to allow anticipatory bail of the petitioner herein.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as
withdrawn.
