This case has been brought under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel by mentioning slip, in which petitioners were allowed bail on 28.11.2019 by this Court.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the cause title of the order dated 28.11.2019, P.S. Baikunthpur has been typed in place of P.S. Barauli.
In such view of the matter, permission is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application.
Accordingly, in the Cause Title of the order dated 28.11.2019, let the words "P.S. Baikunthpur" be corrected to be read as "P.S. Barauli".
