Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the
State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the family members of Sonam Kumari. As a matter of fact, there was love affair between the said Sonam Kumari and this petitioner and in that course they had taken several joint photographs, which is enclosed as Annexure-2. The statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. is under coercion. It is

not at all a case of kidnapping. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
