Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned APP.
There was commotion on account of presence of unknown persons at two different occasions who were suspected to be child lifter by the villagers and as police intervened, the police jeep was damaged while two motorcycle belonging to the sympathizer of the suspected child lifter were burnt and for that, police had arraying some known persons as an accused including 300 and odds unknown carrying omnibus allegation. Petitioner happens to be one of them. Other co-accused is found bailed out vide Cr. Misc. No.58230/2018, Cr. Misc. No.13822 of 2019 as well as 5755/2019.
Accordingly, petitioner Kari Ram @ Jugeshwar Ram is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest
