Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and no TIP and petitioner is not named in FIR. On the confessional statement, co-accused petitioner made accused in this case.

Case No.35/2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, subject to surrender before the learned lower court.
