Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018 in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 279, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is that the petitioner along with one other had fired, only one injury has been found on the person of the informant. It is further submitted that such injury cannot be attributed to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that he is willing and ready to cooperate in any further investigation and also in the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018.
