Cr.Misc.No.74469 of 2018 which was dismissed for default due to non-prosecution on 09.01.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he had gone to Bengalore where his son was admitted in hospital, therefore, on call, he could not appear in court and consequently Cr.Misc.No.74469 of 2018 was dismissed for non-prosecution.
Being satisfied with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this restoration petition is allowed and Cr.Misc.No.74469 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
