learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2018 in connection with C.A. Case No.1443 (C) of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a wrong allegation has been made in the FIR stating that the petitioner has solemnized the second marriage. It is further submitted that as on date also the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and there shall be

no recurrence of any untoward incident so as to cause any mental torture to her and that there shall be no demand of dowry in future.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner undertakes to remedy the present situation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna City, in connection with C.A. Case No.1443 (C) of 2015.
