The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2017 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017, registered for offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 D of I.T. Act and Sections 7, 8, 9, 13(1)(d) r/w Section 13(2) of P.C. Act 1988.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused

which has no evidenciary value. He further submits that similarly situated other co-accused has already been extended the privilege of bail by this Court. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance 1^st , Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 11 of 2017 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017.
