The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of C.L.A. Act.
Accusation is that accused persons looted away various house hold articles including solar lamp, mobile phone and Rs.20,000/- cash of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.6.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is

alleged to have been made. Source of identification has not been disclosed by the prosecution.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. case No.56 of 2013.
