Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim girl is major. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. clearly stated that she was taken by the petitioner in his motorcycle and married with her and made physical relation but she did not raise hulla . It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.10.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POSCO, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018.
