Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120B, 324, 307, 448, 504, 379, 354, 435, 436, 506 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 56924 of 2019, order dated

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019.
