The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 (NDPS Case No. 06 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 15(C), 18(B) (C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30586 of 2019 vide order dated 08.05.2019. The petitioner has no criminal

antecedent and he is in custody since 06.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge-cum-Special Court, NDPS, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 (NDPS Case No.06 of 2019).
