The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35, 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has/have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 60239 of 2019 on 24.09.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in
