The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No.250 of 2019/G.R. No.5025 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 19.06.2019, the informant was returning to his house from the house of his maternal aunt. In the way, six persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner were standing. Thereafter, when the informant made query to them as to they are standing there in the late night, then all started to abuse and caused assault him. In that course, Akash Kumar alias Monti gave blow of sharp cutting weapon at the head of the informant, whereas Bhim Singh gave iron rod blow at the neck, below his head, due to

which the informant became unconscious and fell down. On hulla, nearby people rushed there and took the informant for treatment. On regaining consciousness, the informant found that all took Rs.5000/from his pocket and gold chain from his neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against Akash Kumar alisa Monti and Bhim Singh.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-XII-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No.250 of 2019/G.R. No.5025 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
