3 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection
with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 289 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 448, 338, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 427/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Ten named accused persons including the petitioner and 100-150 unknown miscreants over row of filling of the form for appearance in the intermediate examination arriving at the house of the informant assaulted the informant and his wife, damaged the house hold articles and also damaged two motorcycles parked at his door. Out of them four

were apprehended while others managed to escape. Apprehended accused confessed committing the occurrence at the instance of the petitioner and other named accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to village dispute between the petitioner, who happens to be former Principal of Raj Kumar Shukla Inter College, Satwariya Chanpatiya and present Principal with respect to the college administration and money matter and the dispute reached up to the Hon'ble High Court. Allegation against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. None has sustained injury in the occurrence. Other five criminal cases have been lodged against the petitioner but out of them three have been lodged by the informant and two by the police at the instance of the informant regarding dispute of the college administration.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
