Mr. Anwar Karim, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness of his office clerk he could not comply with the peremptory order dated 25.09.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.35437 of 2018.
For the reasons stated in the application, let Cr.Misc.No.35437 of 2018 be restored to its original file. Petitioner will be at liberty to remove the defects within two weeks, failing which the application shall stand dismissed.
This application stands disposed off accordingly.
