ORAL ORDER
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already returned from abroad (Istanbul, Turkey) and deposited her passport No. K-6802857 on 23rd of October, 2019 in the court below, the Court below is directed to release the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five lacs) which was deposited by the petitioner in lieu of release of passport, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.9.2019.
Since the purpose of deposit of Bank Guarantee is over, the Court below is accordingly, directed to release the Bank Guarantee to the petitioner forthwith.
The application stands disposed of.
