3 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patna Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017, registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468/34 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that all the amount as alleged to have been misappropriated or defalcated has been recovered and deposited. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur in connection with Patna Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
