Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 489/2017, instituted for offence under Section(s) 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.
It is alleged that the police on getting secret information apprehended three persons, namely, Guddu Kumar, Dharmendra Kumar @ Sahni and Sonu Kumar. They revealed name of this petitioner.
Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Case No. 489/2017 , subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
