Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20 (b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2017.
