counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

Earlier this Court had been pleased to extend the provisional bail to the petitioner in connection with the present case i.e. Mithanpura P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 and the matter had been sent for mediation. It appears that the mediation between the parties has failed and the petitioner has already been in custody in the present case for more that six months.

So far as the allegation that the petitioner has furnished a false antecedent report is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two cases were filed subsequently whereas with regard to one other case, the petitioner has already

stated in the main petition.

Having considered the submissions of the respective parties and upon consideration of the fact that the petitioner has not misused the privilege of bail and undertakes to be present as and when required during the trial, let the order dated 09.08.2018 be confirmed and the bail bonds furnished earlier shall suffice as sureties in this connection.
