The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S.Case no.212 of 2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 427, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that the petitioner and several other accused persons were creating road blockade and when the police party reached there to clear the raid blockade the petitioner and others pelted stones causing injury to the constable.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the specific allegation is against the petitioner of pelting stones causing injury to the police constable and one another

person against whom there is similar allegation has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, vide order dated 19.01.2017 passed in ABP No.1453 of 2016 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that another co-accusede has been grnated anticiaptry bail byt eh learned lower court itself, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.212 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
