The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case due to property dispute in the family. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence and both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
