APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, registered under Sections 30 and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.
As per allegation made in the F.I.R., on information
being received by the police , a drum of 200 liters of spirit (wine) was recovered from the vacant land and it is alleged that the same jointly belong to 15 accused persons, named in the FIR, including the petitioner.
In view of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, the petitioner namely, Satyendra Kumar Manjhi @ Satyendra Manjhi, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in case of his

arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, Excise Saran in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
