Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in Barbigha P. S. Case No. 08 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)a 26(II)/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that recovery of the firearms have been made from Bolero car. There is no recovery of incriminating article from conscious possession of petitioners. Six miscreants were apprehended by the police including these petitioners who were found sitting in the Bolero car. The other co-accused of this case have already

been granted regular bail by this Court by order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 24295 of 2019.
Petitioners are in custody since 23.1.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P. S. Case No. 08 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
