Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
The petitioner, being a husband, is in custody since 23.10.2017 in connection with Belaganj _P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the charge has been framed, the trial is yet to ensue and none of the witnesses have been examined.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
Let the trial of the case ensue on day-to-day basis and be completed positively within a period of nine months from
