Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 59/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. During investigation this petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.
It is alleged in the written report that informant learnt from the Chaukidar of Supaul P.S. on his mobile that his son has been shot dead.
Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Case No. 59/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
