Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned APP.
After going through the record, it is evident that
co-accused Shobha Devi @ Shobha Kumari who also carried the allegation in similar fashion than that of the petitioner, had already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated
19.07.2019 passed in connection with Cr. Misc. No.25363/2019. Apart from this, petitioner happens to be under custody since 19.09.2018.
Consequent thereupon, petitioner Kiran Devi is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st ,
