Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.
Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code . Subsequently Section 304(B) is added in place of Section 302 of IPC.
Informant is the father of deceased, who in his fardbeyan has stated that his daughter was married with petitioner but she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and he came to know that his daughter has been killed by pressing her mouth with pillow by petitioner and other family members.
Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner,

I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this
application is dismissed.
