Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No.953 of 2017, T.R. No.2970 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On the order of the Court, both the parties have appeared physically in Chamber.
Both the parties agree to live together and the petitioner is ready to look after his wife and two children with full dignity and honour.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
