The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner entered in the house of the victim and tried to outrage her modesty.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. From the photograph and the other documents, it is evident that there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim. For oblique reasons, the present case

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. case No.1202 of 2018, G.R. No.3533 of 2018.
