Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sikarhata P. S. Case No. 12 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148,149, 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 4079 of 2018.

In the written report allegation against this petitioner is that she gave axe blow on the head to the deceased on account of which she succumbed to the injuries.

Report called for from the court below has been received from which it appears that five prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The case is fixed for the evidence

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and send compliance report.

Petitioner may renew prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
