3 21-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with
Sonepur P.S. Case No. 960 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that while the informant was returning from Shikarpur market, three persons on the motorcycle chased him and one of them was armed with country made pistol attacked on him and tried to snatch away his motorcycle, however, they were caught by the villagers and they disclosed their names as Jitendra Kumar (petitioner) and Manish Kumar, thereafter, they were handed over to the police.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and the co-

accused Manish Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8700 of 2019 and petitioner has been in judicial custody since 21.09.2018.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, -I, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 960 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
