The petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered under Sections 364/120B of the Indian Penal Code, in which later on, Sections-302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and Sections-13/16/19/20 of the U.A.P. Act was also added.

The prosecution case in brief is that in the way, in course of returning homes after irrigating their fields, the husband of the informant and Ramesh Jha were surrounded at a bridge by accused persons including the petitioner. The informant and other persons went at the place of occurrence, from where on the order of accused persons, they returned their homes. Thereafter, both persons i.e. husband of the informant and Ramesh Jha could not be traced out.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of assault alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur 224 of 2018.
